House Party in Paris!

I know I wrote the other day that my posts on France would be over for now, but I just had to share this one. For our last night there, Dan organized a mini-concert/house party with one of our supremely gracious Parisian Couchsurfing hosts, Gregory (the other being Samer, who was also in attendance that night and is quite the gentleman - he even met us at Gare du Nord for a coffee to see us off before our journey to Amsterdam!).

The party was so much fun, and I really enjoyed meeting Greg's lovely friends and neighbors. We ate, we drank, and then Dan played a few new songs that he wrote during our stay in Aix-en-Provence. This one is called "Make It Easy" and, romancer that he is, was written for yours truly. Sigh. Honestly, how lucky can one girl be?!

P.S. Check out Greg's record collection on the shelves behind Dan - I cannot even hazard a guess as to how many he has. So awesome.
